Founders whose listings I rebuilt.
“Sofia was key in taking our AI Decorator app from idea to a polished, high-performing product: market research, competitive analysis, feature prioritisation, UX and UI. Her work on the onboarding flow and paywall directly contributed to us reaching a 15% initial conversion rate on our first release.”
AI DecoratorFounder“Working with Sofia has been a total success. She gets involved in projects and doesn’t hesitate to give her very best to bring them to a good outcome. She does everything she can to make things as easy as possible for the client so the project moves forward with minimal friction. I wish I could find more professionals like Sofia.”
Subscription apps that are already live in a store, have real users, and already charge money, typically from around $10,000 a month in revenue. Most of my work is in health and fitness, travel and journalling, language learning, AI tools, and kids and education apps. If you are pre-launch, not monetising yet, or people are not coming back after week one, this is not the right time. No redesign fixes a product nobody returns to. I am happy to talk anyway, I will just tell you straight.
The link to your app on the App Store. Your brand assets: logo, colors, fonts. And a brief covering how the app works, what the core value is for your users, the main purpose, and the key features. A sense of the complexity and visual style of the app is really helpful too. That’s enough to get started. I handle the competitive research and category analysis myself.
5–7 business days from briefing to first delivery. If you need a faster turnaround, mention it when we talk. I can often accommodate it.
Yes. The headlines, callouts, and framing text on each screenshot are part of what I design. Copy isn’t decoration, it’s strategy. I write every line with the same conversion-first lens as the visuals. Both iPhone and iPad formats are handled.
Yes. Google Play sizes are included in the base package. Apple Store and Google Play have different screenshot specs and browsing behaviours, so I adapt the creative appropriately, not just resize.
One round of revisions is included. In practice, disagreements are rare because I align on strategy before I open Figma. The brief process makes sure we’re solving the same problem. If something genuinely isn’t working after revisions, we’ll figure it out together.
Sometimes. If you already have something live, I need to know how it’s currently converting so we can define together how much you want to pivot. You might want to keep it close, or you can give me full creative freedom. That’s your call. But if you limit the scope of the redesign, I can’t promise the results.
Conversion design for app creators. Screenshots, paywalls, onboarding. One funnel, not three projects.
