Show me what you’re working with.
Thirty minutes on your app and your funnel, and I’ll tell you what I’d test first.
My coffee cup is always ready.
Two founders on what working together actually looked like.
“Sofia immersed herself in our app and took the time to understand the emotional core of what we were building. She asked smart questions, challenged assumptions with grace, and brought a product design mindset that went far beyond UI. She doesn’t treat projects like transactions. She treats them like missions she believes in.”
VaultItFounder“From day one she asked the right questions, challenged assumptions when needed, and took ownership of the project. After implementing her proposal, our A/B test showed a 17% increase in initial conversion rate, which translated to a huge uplift in our MRR. I really recommend her.”
I come at this from business before visual design: I spent years auditing numbers, processes and business models before I opened Figma professionally. So the first thing I ask about is your funnel and your revenue, not your brand. If your app needs to look better, a product designer is the right call. If it needs to convert better, that is the whole of what I do.
We go through your app end to end together: screenshots, icon, paywall and onboarding. I’ll tell you exactly where the biggest conversion gap is and what I’d fix first. You get the video, no commitment required.
Completely fine. Book the call. Most founders come in knowing something is off but not exactly where. The audit will tell you which part of your funnel is leaking the most. Then you decide if and how you want to move forward.
Usually within a few days, depending on my current availability. Once we align on scope and you send over your assets, I start the brief process immediately. Most projects are delivered within 5–7 business days from kickoff.
Screenshots are $549 flat. App Optimization is $2,000 a month, or a single experiment if you want to try one first. Paywall and onboarding work happens inside App Optimization now, because a redesign you do not test is a guess. Every price is on the service page.
One round of revisions is included in every project. In practice it rarely comes to that because I align on strategy before opening Figma. The brief process makes sure we’re solving the same problem from the start. If something still isn’t working after revisions, we’ll figure it out together.
Conversion design for app creators. Screenshots, paywalls, onboarding. One funnel, not three projects.
