Your conversion funnel is leaking.
Let’s find it and fix it.

month after month, the gains compound ↓

We work with subscription apps at every stage of the revenue journey, from their first subscribers to $2M MRR. We’ve seen where money leaks at each step, and we know how to fix it.

Why your app isn’t growing
the way it should.

You’re not alone. Most subscription apps leak revenue through a combination of small design, pricing, and lifecycle gaps that go undetected for months, simply because nobody is sitting down to read the data.

1

You’re paying for downloads that don’t convert.

Your acquisition is working. Your paywall isn’t. The gap between installs and subscribers is where you’re losing money, and it usually isn’t a design problem. It’s a positioning and friction problem.

2

You’re running A/B tests, but they don’t teach you much.

No hypothesis. Small traffic. Inconclusive results. You’re testing, but you’re not learning. Without a proper experiment framework, every test is a guess, not a decision.

3

You have no clear system for what to fix next.

One paywall. No pricing strategy. No lifecycle view. When it stops working you don’t know why, you don’t know what to try next, and you end up changing things at random until something sticks.

Two specialists. One system.

Design and growth strategy working as one unit, not two separate vendors pointing at each other. You get both skill sets without the overhead of two full-time hires.

The design side

Conversion design for subscription apps.

  • Paywalls and onboarding flows built around a specific hypothesis
  • A/B variants designed for fast handoff and implementation
  • App Store screenshots that convert on the product page
  • Dozens of apps shipped across iOS and Android

The growth side

Subscription analytics and experiment design.

  • Reads RevenueCat funnels and validates Mixpanel event tracking
  • Writes experiment hypotheses that define what winning looks like
  • Runs the data review and co-directs the strategy
  • Reads results and defines the next hypothesis when each test completes
RevenueCat Mixpanel Experiment design Results analysis

Three steps. Repeated every month.

Each cycle builds on the last. The longer we work together, the fewer hypotheses we need to test because each experiment narrows down what actually moves the needle for your specific app.

1

Data audit

We review your RevenueCat conversion funnel and Mixpanel event tracking to make sure the data is being read correctly. No experiment is worth running on bad data.

2

Analysis & hypothesis

We identify the biggest conversion lever available and write a clear experiment hypothesis: what we’re testing, why we expect it to work, and exactly how we measure success.

3

Design, run, and analyze

We design the variant as a Figma file ready to hand off. Your developer implements it. We read the results together and use them to define the next hypothesis.

then we go again ↺

It’s this simple.

One plan. In the kickoff month, we make sure your analytics are set up and reading correctly. Then we start the experimentation engine: there’s always an A/B test running, improving your numbers, month after month.

What’s included

  • Figma files, ready to hand off

Every design deliverable built around a specific hypothesis.

  • Hypothesis doc + results analysis

Each test documented and read, not just shipped and forgotten.

  • Analytics audit on kickoff

RevenueCat + Mixpanel reviewed before we touch anything. (one-time $400 fee)

  • Monthly strategy call

We review results together and align on what comes next.

  • Async access throughout the month

Questions, quick reviews, and feedback when you need it.

  • Design + growth as one team

Both skill sets, no extra overhead, no coordination gap.

Is this for your app?

A few things need to be in place for the system to work.

1,000+ downloads per month

Organic, paid, or hybrid. You need real traffic for experiments to produce results that are statistically meaningful.

$1,000+ in monthly revenue

You’re already making money. We’re here to grow it, not to help you reach your first dollar.

You’re measuring your data

RevenueCat, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. We read your funnel before we touch anything. No data, no diagnosis.

A developer to implement

We deliver Figma files ready to hand off. You need someone on your side to ship the variants. No developer, no experiment.

The big growth agencies won’t talk to you until you’re past six figures in MRR. This is built for the stage before that.

that’s the gap we fill ✦

Good questions. We’ve got answers.

What happens on the free audit call? +

It’s a 30-minute conversation about your app, your users, and where you think the main friction points are. We may ask you to share some context about your business before the call so we can come prepared. By the end, we’ll have a clear picture of your situation and we’ll tell you honestly what service makes the most sense for you. No pitch, no pressure.

Do I need all those tools to get started? +

RevenueCat, Mixpanel, or Amplitude are required: without them we’re designing blind. You also need a developer who can implement the Figma files we produce. If either of those isn’t in place yet, we can help you evaluate the setup during the free audit call.

How long until I see results? +

The kickoff month launches your analytics audit and your first experiment in parallel. Results depend on how quickly you can implement and how much traffic your app sees. The more downloads you have, the faster your experiments reach statistical significance — which is why we ask for a minimum threshold. We always aim to run at least two experiments per month. By month 2 you’ll have your first real data point. By month 4 you’ll have a clear picture of what’s working.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. Month-to-month, no lock-in. We ask for 15 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. That said, this compounds over time. The value of month 3 depends on what months 1 and 2 learned. Leaving early means leaving before the system has had time to work.

What if an experiment doesn’t improve conversion? +

We always start with quick wins: changes that have been tested across many apps and that we’re confident will move the needle. That said, what works for most apps doesn’t always work for every app. When that happens, it’s not a loss — it’s data. We analyze why it didn’t perform for your specific market and use that to sharpen the next hypothesis. Most of the time, by the end of the month, we’ll have an improvement in your numbers to show you.

What is the $400 for? +

It’s a one-time setup fee for the kickoff month. It covers the initial analytics audit — where we review your RevenueCat and Mixpanel setup in detail — and the kickoff call to align on the first experiment. From month 2 onwards, you only pay the $2,000 monthly fee.

How do we communicate? +

We keep communication focused and efficient. We schedule calls when we need to kick off a new experiment, review dashboard results together, or share design feedback. Outside of calls, everything runs async — you have access to us throughout the month for questions and quick reviews.

My app is below $1,000/month. Can I still apply? +

This is designed for apps that are already generating revenue, because the experiment loop needs real traffic and real conversion data to work. If you’re not there yet, the one-off services are a better fit right now. Start with a paywall or onboarding redesign and come back when you have the data to build on.
